Humphries Planning Group Inc. specializes in providing land use planning and project management services on land development projects primarily in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and elsewhere in the Province of Ontario.

ABOUT THE PRINCIPAL

Rosemarie L. Humphries, BA, MCIP, RPP 

Rosemarie is a Registered Professional Planner with over 15 years of GTA based planning experience in both the public and private sectors. For the last 10+ years as project manager/Associate Rosemarie has been responsible for her own projects and budgets as well as the management and coordination of junior planning, technical support staff and outside sub-consultants.

Rosemarie has strong work ethics and has always been committed to: taking a direct approach with individuals, clearly understanding clients goals, focusing projects appropriately in order to obtain desired results, and conducting business in a timely fashion.
